The Farmington Libraries Children's Department is a hub of activity serving the educational, cultural, and recreational needs of the Farmington community and beyond for children ages birth through Grade 6, their caregivers, and individuals who work with children.

Visit the Farmington Library on Sunday, March 22 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM for the next Maker Fair!
Enjoy demonstrations, hands-on crafting, and experiments happening throughout the library for all ages.
Kids in Grades K to 4 can join us at the Barney Library for a different activity each month! This is a time for Creativity, Reading, Engineering, Art, Technology, and Exploration! Will we build with LEGOs? Make our own graphic novel? Paint?
Let’s move and groove together at the Barney Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing in the Hoppin Gallery. This is a drop in program, no registration required!
