The Maker Space

The Maker Space at the Farmington Library is a place where community members can gather to collaborate, create, learn and invent in a safe space using tools and technologies that they may not otherwise have access to.

Is it free?
Mostly, however, there is a small materials fee, 5 cents per gram with a $1 minimum, for the 3D printers – the exact amount will depend upon the size of the job itself.

You will be required to fill out one of the following waivers before using the equipment:

The Studio

The Studio is an experiential and media production lab. It is a public space where dreamers and creators can access high-quality equipment and software, whether they’re immersing themselves in virtual reality or producing a wide array of audiovisual media.

Who can use it?
