Event Details
We invite you to continue your journaling practice as we walk on the Farmington Canal River Trail! Attendees will receive a free mini journal to record their experiences for each walkabout. In this walkabout, you record entries and learn how to focus your mind when your are in the natural world as we exercise our minds and bodies!
