Event Details

Join Miss Patti for a calming story time and movement class designed to help you unwind at the end of a busy day.  This class explores breathing and relaxation techniques like yoga and guided imagery to calm your mind and body. Of course, we will enjoy a book or two as well! 

Registration required.  Please note that each Stories and Stretches class has its own individual registration.
