Osteoporosis Program

Osteoporosis- The Silent Disease- As one of the most common problems of the elderly age group, osteoporosis affects almost everyone as we age.  It affects the quality of life as a result of pain as well as multiple fractures.  This talk will help the audience to understand what osteoporosis is, how we can prevent and treat it and how we can approach and prevent the complications that happened because of osteoporosis. Dr. Upadhyay is a board-certified orthopedic and spine surgeon who treats patients with back and spine issues and is a longstanding resident of Farmington.
