What does it mean to be grounded and centered in your body? How do we stay connected with ourselves in a busy, fast-paced world? Are the old rules of posture (Chest up! Shoulders back!) actually healthy cues for finding ease, alignment, and stability within ourselves?

The answers might surprise you. Come join Mary for this experiential workshop and find out for yourself. Participants will be guided through simple movements and taught ways to improve their postural alignment and enhance the flow of energy through their bodies.

Mary Hoyer is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Rolfer, and a practitioner of SourcePoint Therapy (energy healing). Mary’s mission is to help people get out of pain and improve their posture. Learn more about Mary at www.maryhoyer.org
