Drop-in program.

This high-energy music and movement class will have us dancing and laughing!  We'll start with a story and then move to the music.

This storytime weaves the development of language and listening skills into a fun-filled program of read-alouds, flannel board activities, music, movement, and rhymes.  

Let’s move and groove together at the Barney Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing in the Hoppin Gallery. This is a drop in program, no registration required!

Have fun getting to know the ABCs! This early literacy program focuses on teaching children the letters of the alphabet and their associated sounds through stories, crafts, and hands-on activities. 

In Bite Size Science we will share a story and complete an exciting experiment or project focusing on early science concepts!

Adaptive storytime will offer families of neurodiverse* children ages 3 -10 an engaging storytime in a small group setting.

Get ready to wiggle, read and explore! This sensory storytime centers movement and sensory exploration to enhance learning outcomes for toddlers!

Come have fun and be silly during this casual drop in storytime for kids up to 5 years old! We will read a book and engage in some fun-filled music, movement, and rhymes!

Visit the library to participate in a modified dance class and have the opportunity to meet a ballerina from the Hartt School of Dance! A dance lover's dream!
