At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading. All readers are welcome it's BYOBook (or browse the library shelves!). Settle in for an hour of silent, sustained reading. At the end of the hour, attendees can socialize—or not! 

Each month join us for a Pumpkin Patch Project: a fun fall themed craft! This month, let's decorate an apple to make it look like a turkey! We will use candy to make the sweetest turkey there ever was!

This meditation is based upon awakening of Kundalini energy within ourselves. This is a pure meditation technique which helps activate our inner energy.
