Join Sandra Yannone, Poet Laureate of Old Saybrook, for an afternoon bringing the Farmington Artists Circle’s exhibit Wonderland to the page. This ekphrastic workshop will showcase approaches to writing poetry about art. Participants will interact directly with the exhibit to draw inspiration and draft their own poems. The workshop will conclude with participants sharing and reflecting on the experience of creating wonderlands with words. No poetry writing experience necessary.
