Join us in person for a free cooking demonstration with Farmington Libraries favorite, Mary Lee-Brody!

Pucker up, it’s time for sweet, tart and zesty desserts with fresh lemons!  Let’s make a Lemon Pudding Dessert that magically separates into two layers in the oven, Lemon Bars, that tried-and-true favorite of picnics and barbecues, Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake, a rich and buttery cake with the crunch of poppy seeds in a fancy Bundt pan, and a Lemon Tart made with Meyer lemons.

About the presenter:  Mary Lee-Brody is a creative culinary professional with a passion for food and three decades of experience supporting recipe development and editing, and providing culinary leadership through broad knowledge of cooking techniques, food trends and consumer behavior.  This free-lance cooking teacher is also a fan favorite at the Farmington Libraries!

Please note: Masks are accepted but not required for this event, please plan according to your comfort level.
