Having tech troubles? Confused about your smartphone? Not sure what's going on with your computer? Confused how to use our online resources?
Join the library's Teen Volunteers in the Teen Space from 5-6 PM on January 13th to ask for help!
Our volunteers can provide assistance with tech problems such as:
- Setting up or troubleshooting email accounts
- Using eReaders (help with apps like Hoopla and Libby)
- Basic smartphone and tablet use
- Connecting to Wi-Fi or printing from a device
- Using Google tools (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Basic help with social media or Zoom
- General computer troubleshooting (saving files, resetting passwords, etc.)
