Scott Swamp, formerly the site of a local ice house, is located on 88 acres of Farmington land north of Morea Road and the subject of a development proposal. Should this parcel be protected for its natural resource value as Swamp and Brook headwaters, and for its flood mitigation properties? Join us for an information session to learn about the swamp's water flow and topography and how surrounding areas benefit from the Scott Swamp ecosystem.
