Join presenter Matt Yanarella from MY Productions CT for this fun and informative event. A cooking class for all ages to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch! Learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut your dough, cook some tasty sauces, and enjoy some delicious food! Learn how to make fresh pasta from flour to boil to 'al dente’ in just two hours.

No experience necessary, appetite required, apron suggested!
