Research has shown that expressive journal writing has health and wellness benefits. A journal writing practice can promote personal growth, creative expression & life enhancement. Goal Setting through Journal Writing is a two-hour workshop conducted by Jane Rossi, a certified journal writing instructor. Participants are coached in a safe and accepting environment and practice a variety of journal writing techniques to find clarity and gain inspiration for setting goals and moving forward on their desired path. For adults 18 and over. 

Participants should bring their favorite journal, notebook & pen ~ If you need one, please let us know!
