Join Food Explorers to make Whoopie Pies! These delicious thick chocolate cakey cookies are filled with a creamy marshmallow filling.
You’ll need:
- Flour
- Cocoa powder
- Baking soda
- Light brown sugar
- Buttermilk
- Vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
- Marshmallow fluff
