Description
Taking place at locations throughout town, this free educational series is open to residents and groups interested in learning about the detrimental health impacts of loneliness and the vital importance of social health.
During the first two sessions, attendees will learn the difference between loneliness and isolation, how loneliness impacts different populations, how social connection improves our mental and physical health, and the actionable steps we can take to improve social health. At the final event on May 3rd, community groups and residents will collaborate to design events that foster social connection with guidance from For All Ages.
Local residents are welcome and encouraged to attend one, two, or all three events.
