Week Calendar

For caregivers of babies ages 0 to 12 months. Registration required; registering for one class registers you for the whole session.  

A fun-filled half hour for child and caregiver featuring books, fingerplays, and lots of music.

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

In Bite Size Science we will share a story and complete an exciting experiment or project focusing on early science concepts.

Ages 2.5 - 3 and their caregivers. Registration required; register once for the 7-week session. 

In Pint-Sized Picassos we share a story and explore a different art medium that will aim to focus on both early literacy and fine motor skills. Caregiver must accompany their child.

Ages 3-6. Each week we’ll watch a picture book come to life on our projector screen, followed by coloring or craft time!

Drop-in event.

Enjoy a story that we will then weave into our art project. Today's project: Popsicle Stick Hibernating Bear 

Ages 4-5, for the child alone (caregivers must stay in the Kids’ Place). Registration required; register once for entire session. Please register for only one class, Tuesday or Friday.  

AGES 5-12

Visit our dragon-themed stations – inspired by books! - for crafts, games, and activities. (While supplies last)

We have teamed up with The Farmington High School Robotics Team for an engaging evening to teach basic S.T.E.M principles, all while having fun!
