Week Calendar

Drop-in program.

This high-energy music and movement class will have us dancing and laughing!  We'll start with a story and then move to the music.  Today's class is our special Snowflake Dance!

Please call the Library at 860-673-6791 to schedule your very own one-on-one time with a certified therapy dog.  Bring your own book or choose one of ours to snuggle and read.

Ages 2 - 5. Celebrate the season!  Come for a special story time and craft. Sing and dance, be prepared to get messy!

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

Ages 4 – 5, for the child alone. Registration Required. Please note that you only need to register once for all 26 weeks.

Ages 5-10. Join Miss Amy at Barney to read a book and do a craft.  

Find out what goes into making kaleidoscopes and learn why they are called "beautiful to look at." Make your own kaleidoscope to take home (there are small parts, so supervision is required.)

All ages.  Registration Required. 

A sweet way to spend an evening!  We’ll provide all the supplies you’ll need to create a one-of-a-kind candy house!
