Week Calendar

Mr. Mike is back at the library to keep you swinging and swaying!  This program for ages 1-6 with their caregivers will have both kids and adults singing along and dancing to the music.

 Have fun getting to know the ABCs! This early literacy program focuses on the alphabet by introducing children to a different letter of the alphabet each week through stories, music, and a craft.

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

Celebrate the Month!

Join Miss Amy for a special story time and a craft! This program will be indoors and upstairs in the Hoppin Gallery. Registration required. Ages 2-5

Come watch a storybook come to life as we share a reading of the book and then watch the movie version.  We will also do a fun craft!

This program will provide an opportunity to meet some of the string musicians of the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra as they perform a short selection of string quartet music.

Barney Kids Book Club

Ages 5-10

Join Miss Amy at Barney to read a book and do a craft.  This program will meet indoors in the Hoppin Gallery.

Speak to your child in the language you know best!  Connect with other families who speak Spanish as you read, play, and socialize.

Ages 0-5 with caregiver.
