Week Calendar

Ages 2-5 with caregiver.

This high-energy music and movement class will have us dancing and laughing!  We'll start with a story and then move to the music.

 Have fun getting to know the ABCs! This early literacy program focuses on the alphabet by introducing children to a different letter of the alphabet each week through stories, music, and a craft.

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

A Gathering of Celtic & Holiday is a combination of holiday music, stories and a wee bit of history from Scotland, Ireland and England into a program that will keep you on the edge of their seat.

Barney Kids Book Club

Ages 5-10

Join Miss Amy at Barney to read a book and do a craft.  This program will meet indoors in the Hoppin Gallery.

For children in grades 1-4. Registration Required. 

All ages.  Registration Required. 

A sweet way to spend an evening!  We’ll provide all the supplies you’ll need to create a one-of-a-kind candy house! 

For children in grades 5-8. Registration Required. 

Why do we send holiday cards? Who had the 1st modern holiday tree? When did Santa get his iconic red suit? All of these traditions have their roots in Victorian times.
