Healing Arts on the Green

To support our community's health and wellness as we transition out of the pandemic, First Church of Christ, Congregational, 1652, and the Farmington Libraries are hosting a series of free experiential events to help participants learn simple, practical tools of self-healing to balance and harmonize soul, heart, mind & body. No prior training is necessary. Bring a towel, mat, blanket, or chair. Parking is available in the Barney Library lot.

August 3: Sound Healing with Kelvin Young

Kelvin Young is a certified Sound Healer who has presented around the country in diverse settings. Through the sounds of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and gongs the mind is calmed, the body relaxed and the soul is nourished.

For questions, email janehikel@yahoo.com

Registration is recommended so we can inform participants of any changes to the schedule.

August 17 Guided Breath Meditation for relaxation with Debra Borrero
