When signed by an authorized representative, this application signifies agreement of the organization to abideby the attached policies and regulations governing the use of the Library’s meeting room. No fee is required of tax exempt or civic organizations that have a contact person who has a Farmington Library card. Emailing this document implies signing this document.

For-Profit Organizations and non-Farmington groups are able to utilize the facilities at a rate of $ $50.00 for Board Rooms (20 capacity) and $100.00 for the Main Library’s Community Room (200 capacity) or the Barney Library’s Hopkin Gallery.  After hours use will incur a $100 flat fee (maximum of 4 hours). Condominium Associations are considered for-profit in that they function to manage private property. ANY ENTITY CLAIMING TAX EXEMPT STATUS MUST PROVIDE A TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE.  Room use by non-Farmington Residents falls under the fee schedule listed above regardless of tax status.
