The Organization:

The Friends of the Farmington Library is a supportive group which has approximately 700 members with a working committee of 35-40. Membership is open to anyone. The annual fee is $15 for an individual and $20 for a family. Sustaining and Patron memberships are also available for a larger donation.

Events:

Garden Tour – Saturday in June (to be announced)
Three book sales:

October - Children’s Books
November – “Nearly New” (Coffee table books, gardening books, cookbooks, newer adult fiction, specials)
April – Big sale, 3 day event

Sale items

(Available at both libraries' lending desks)
Ornaments “Twelve Days of Christmas”  $5 each or $48 for the set
Greeting Cards 4 for $6
Book Bags $10
Book Marks
Book Nook – Adult & children’s books for sale throughout the year maintained in hall to the right of lobby desk
